The staff was absolutely amazing. There was a lovely lady who checked us in and pointed us in the direction of the best Italian food we'd had in a very long time. I enjoyed a couple glasses of wine with a very friendly bartender who made me feel right at home after a long day of being a tourist and a stressful drive out of Washington. The houseman meet us in the hall in the morning and greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip home. It was the first vacation my grandson and I had taken in over two years . He had been helping me take care of my mom who in January passed away at 100. Your people are a credit to your hotel and your brand. Thank you for a fabulous stay and we will be back.

The staff responded when I called and stated that I left a necklace in my room. They were courteous; they assured me that they would search for it, and they gave telephone updates on the success of the search. I appreciated that. I called when I found that my necklace. The responding staff presented as being genuinely happy for me. I am very happy with my overall experience with my stay. Thank you very much.

This was a great place to stay. The entire staff was super! Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you would need (toiletries and such) Even the coffee was pretty good for hotel coffee. I highly recommend this hotel

My first step in the door the front desk receptionist was very helpful and cheerful. The rooms fit my family perfectly. Ohh and they all slept like babies even the babies Lol.
